Designed to help your business get the most from every negotiating situation, this is a workshop delivered to your business alone, bookable for a minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 delegates, over a 2 day period. This course is for you if: • You are a commercial negotiator looking to develop advanced capability in negotiation • You want immediate results and life-long behavioural change Advanced Negotiation is designed to stimulate and develop life-long, best in class negotiating techniques and behaviours. The workshop is intense, pressurised and thought-provoking. You will role-play negotiating simulations both with the trainer and with other delegates and you will watch back your videos to help critique and fully understand how your behaviour during negotiation can make all the difference. This two-day workshop will look at all aspects of commercial negotiation, taking you on a journey including: • Developing confidence and being more ambitious • The spectrum of negotiating situations and styles, from transactional to true partnerships • Spotting manipulative behaviours and controlling them • Creating value by trading variables • Developing more collaborative relationships • A structured approach to preparation • Eliminating weak and less confident language • Negotiating face to face, via video, phone and email Cost for the 2-day workshop for each delegate: £500
