Sometimes it can be useful to see things from a buyer's point of view, often just good to talk things through with someone who has been in that position before.

While there are a set of negotiating principles relevant to all negotiations, we also recognise that every situation is different and therefore needs a different approach. The key to embedding sustainable behavioural change is to help a negotiator recognise this and to provide a toolbox of approaches which can be used as required. The best negotiators are able to change their approach to get the best from a situation.

TRAINING THAT STICKS

Impactful training techniques ensure that your negotiators understand and can use the techniques and behaviours trained.

We use role-play negotiations to bring situations to life. We video and watch back those role plays in order to help individual learning, and with low delegate to trainer ratios (typically 4 to 1) we are able to focus on individual learning needs as well as individual learning styles.

Before we undertake any training we will ensure that we understand the needs of your business and specifically the objectives you want to achieve. We will use your real-life situations to prepare for a negotiation, and actually role-play that negotiation with the individual.
